Let the Rain Pour

How long must the innocent cry
How long must the cancer grow inside
We are crying for justice, for hope
Our own grave we leapt into, we go
Is there something worth living for
Are we condemned to a future of lives we abhor
What remains when the fire burns away
All our lives are victims of the pain
Pour down rain of forgiveness
Let us be again yours
Oh God
Let the rain pour
