The sound of children shouting, joyously, fulfilled
Nothing this world can replicate, freedom to smile
What can we can do, to try and replace the feeling
As adults, dreams grow, may we find joy distilled
By the end of our adult life we each have a funeral
We will already become separated from our flesh
Witnessing tears, hearing the songs in spirit form
And now we understand at last, our heart's home
Is to live without fear, to cling to our innocence
Going from child to adult, keeping our hearts
As Innocent as we are able
“I have drunken deep of joy,
And I will taste no other wine tonight.”
Nothing this world can replicate, freedom to smile
What can we can do, to try and replace the feeling
As adults, dreams grow, may we find joy distilled
By the end of our adult life we each have a funeral
We will already become separated from our flesh
