Wyrd, A Different sort of Destiny

Destiny is something to fulfill or escape
If one is to be destined for greatness
Even Judas Iscariot answered a call
His response might be aimless
But destiny will know
And many go nameless
In the annals of the world
Wyrd is an answer burning inside
By dreams magnificent or shameless
Prepared for ascent above or the fall
Destiny has a framework for life
One can know he is spared
Or held off to wait, to endure
Chosen for a spectacular suicide
Each response can be foolish
Or a performance courageous
We do not all hear the same bells
Destiny chimes beyond our life and time
The world is prepared for an answer
In this moment we see how he responds
Conformity to the great master plan
Can brings forth a moment of victory
Celebrated by all of the Gods
Or he might be rapturously derided
For he turned his back upon destiny
A traitor to his time
A coward unwilling to die
Or a warrior unwilling to live
Offered grace and forgiveness
Chastised of his fate
He refuses his choices
And destiny denies his legacy
History is facts and words
The reality for the one who denies fate
Is that we can't know his choice
An example is ready
Judas did what he was required
And mankind can't see what he did
For he was fulfilling his role
In the story of a God made man of flesh
Without his hand, the result would change
He followed his calling
And is hated
For doing what was required
His reply deserves a fitting memory
But that will take time
More time than any individual has
