Complete, Absolutely Complete

For most of my life before her
I'd never understood love
I could not escape it's grip
For there was nothing good
My life had been empty
I'd only failed, fallen, in folly
My life's path was entropy
After I'd experienced her touch
Of love I had tasted a sip
Thereafter
I longed to know her more
In ecstasy I'd twist
Every kiss was sublime
When she said yes
I was made complete
I was alone no longer
I realized that life could be sweet
I found in a single being
Worth every moment of time
To develop a foundation
I could now experience being alive
There was nothing more needed
I could finally be complete
Absolutely realized
Her being confirmed the meaning
Of the greatest design
I was in her arms
Redeemed
