Confess?

How often should I confess
To a madness I must endure

The deepest insanity herein

Or should I feign ignorance 
Preferring to ignore the fall
Alive within my mind's maze
Amidst a world's decadence
The amorality burns within
I remain in the bitter thrall
Of my foolish fascinations
My fears and transgressions
A moral starvation and fall
