When cloning results in adults
Can they love without a spirit?
Are they now like machines?
DNA is used to make a construct, grown in factories
If bodies are grown in cultures, do they have no limits?
Do cloned human brains have a need to dream?
Currently flesh is fragile and can often die from use
If clones are mutilated these parts can be replaced
Clones are, in a manner of speaking, purpose built
They shall bear the sins of human guilt
What if a clone murders someone
But leaves DNA evidence behind
And 1000,000 other beings share that DNA?
More horrific questions loom
Why are clones any less human?
We've learned the lesson of slavery
So how is this different?
Having now created life by our hand
Did we become just like gods?
Have we begun the process of our own doom?
Ask a clone when you are able
'Do you like having no freedom?
Because you were born from a tube and petri dish
Or do you believe it is by far better
To be born from a womb?
