You don't have to forgive anyone to heal
You needn't forget the cause of injury
Forgiveness does allow you to grow
But if your body is still bleeding
You aren't celebrating victory
Nor are your spirit and soul
So first make sure you can ascend
Before attempting to actually fly
Otherwise you will fall or crash
Don't enter the eternal descent
Don't fear the tears you cry
The sorrow will not last
First you must escape the mire
And then, only if you are able
Release the darkness inside
And forgive
