Does it allow that our mind believes in the assertion
Does it reveal the depth of conviction
Or the peak of pretension
Is our heart guilty only when thought so by others?
Or is our outer casing of flesh insignificant
Does the heart bear the burden?
Is the heart subject to sacrifice?
Do we ascend by overcoming
Or do we descend by defending
If our heart is not innocent
Nor is the mind
