PTSDBrain

I've played the scenes over and over again
A cycle repeats, without end or beginning
The memories burned in the data process
And with every second a chance remains
The sorrows and anger always imprinting
My life madness, a mental game of chess
Time after time, it goes on, can't be erased

“Even when lightning flashes inside the clouds, we say they
are
only clouds and turn our attention to the next meal, next
pain, next
breath, the next page. This is how we go on.”
