Absurd

Told there's only darkness or there's only light
Whatever we know to be true, remains absurd
A spirit keeps you alive but lets you die within
A black cat walks in the ink darkness of night
A singer who has a voice that cannot be heard
When branch-less trees still bend against wind
If a blind man sees more than a man with sight
Or a poet who can't understand written words
Our world is madness, order decays into chaos
Be one who seeks to love, whatever the cost
Nothing makes sense, stop worrying about it
In this existence, we exist, so have no doubt
All of our life has to be lived in order to know
And then, only by living does wisdom grow

"The absurd is born of this confrontation between the
human need and the unreasonable silence of the world.”

Albert Camus  --- The Myth of Sisyphus and Other Essays
