But it feels like we are trapped on earth
Still there are different ways to leave
Rockets and shuttles are one manner
Through our mind, meditation another
Human imagination is a form of escape
If in life we pursue a serious existence
That itself isn't always so, you know
But we'll never fall off the planet
If we do leave
It'll only happen by our purpose
We'll not fall off the face of our world
Humans have inherited this world
We have built and dug, to add to it
With foundations built
Upon work of previous generations
If nations cooperate and focus efforts
The mind holds the key to our future
That will require centuries to develop
Learning, applying wisdom, knowledge
Humans must take chances, must dare
If we succeed, the world will change
New lessons will have to be modified
By the knowledge we've gathered
And if lessons are learned in time
It is our destiny to travel in space
