I reach my arms out
Spread out wide
To embrace eternity
Without doubts
There is hope inside
In being redeemed

But not for sorrow
But the joy of knowing

I grew proud
And fell from the one

Those tears
Filled
Seven great jars
Enough to douse
The fires of hell
Redemption
Restoration
The world
Outside and in
Are but a shell
For the flesh
To hide sin
Finding truth
Requires seeking

Let me jump into the sun
Burn me to a crisp
Let this flesh bound life be done
But my spirit will still fly

The angels sing
I am dust, and clay

I bow down and pray
For worship is proper
In reflection of the architect
Of all there is
I am a speck
Dust in wind

As I reflect
I know my creator is good
For the world is bountiful

Unlike me
So let me be consumed
By the fire of creation

At once recreated

SNAKE

Timeless is the serpent visage
Devoured of its own tail
Inwardly it invests
Deeply its own viscera
While we flail
At the ignominious end
Of our own time
Eternity devours nothing
But dreams
But lives
And consumes nothing
But sleep
But the earth and skies
Destroying everything of matter
For the truth of the why
We beg for knowledge
Rejecting all wisdom
We detest the truth
While demanding proof
There is nothing but
The eternal and matter
Coexisting in infinity
While we beg for the key
To knowing what
When the answer
To the question why
Is that which would allow
Being free
Instead of the gnawing cancers
Of screaming at the sky

Eternity's Garden

She dances there
And sings
As she prances upon the top
Of eternity’s gardens
Covered in glowing light
From the sun
A faerie with beautiful wings
They are gossamer
Woven of the cosmos
Her spirit is divinity
And no one who sees her
Could ever doubt her joy
The gardens are full
Of flowers reaching up
To meet the sun
With their face
A joyful taste
A sweet embrace
Eternity is glorious
And we can only dream
Of the chance
To dance
With the faeries there
When we sleep

Because I am Ra
This world exists
Without my being
There is nothing beyond
I created the world with my tears and sweat
Children of mine are mankind
Mandjet the Boat of Millions of Years
Is morning light
Mesektet the evening veil
The evening darkness
Carry me beyond
The world calls out in pain
But I created the rains
And bring the harvest
The Nile cries out
As the rise of waters inundates
The deluge of water and mud
The people who depend upon her flow
Starve without the flood
And still I am Ra
Formless was the earth
Void were the heavens
And I came into being
The earth was made of rock
No green to be seen
And still I am Ra
I made the rains to fall
The oceans to fill
The earth to take form
There is only me
And I am the sun to warm the land
Light to fill the sky
And children to stand
Upon the warm sands of Egypt
