Death is an end of one day

Step away from reality
Forget about finality
Living is not the answer
Life is a fatal disease
Walk into the doorway
Walk upon a different stage
Walk upon the balcony
Enter in to a different place
Don’t be worried
Its all been arranged
Have an embrace
A kiss before dying
Azrael has been waiting
However you’ve come
You won’t be back
Forgive my apathy
No more wasting
No more desire
No more hope
Only fire
Only darkness
Only atrophy
So don’t wait long
Don’t worry nor weep
Don’t wail nor sadly sing
Time is a fantasy
Reality is endless
So long as you understand
Birth is a symphony
Death is an end of a single day
Life is a tragedy
Of a one act play
Living is a tune
Eternity is a rhapsody
A shout in a valley
A moment of exhilaration
Victory

MARS, Red with Rage

MARS Bringer of War by Gustav Holst

Overlooking his span
Of human misery
Mars smiles
There is nothing better
To him
Than the bestial response
And anger
In war
No honor
No compassion
Just rage
Everlasting

Saturn, the Giver, Saturn the Mad

Saturn bringer of Old Age by Gustav Holst

Saturn
Bringer of the golden age
Yet the eater of your children
The rings about your orbit
and your moons
Are destined to die
By your madness
Brought close to dwell
Yet you crush them
For fear that
They will destroy you
Consume you
So instead
You devour
Son of the Heavens
And of the Earth
You bring the harvest full
And the plow upon the land
Brings great fruition
But your fear
Of your place
In the pantheons
Confuses your magnificent
Grace in which you provide
Bring upon us
The harvest
Bring upon us
The winter cold
Deceived into allowing a child
To survive you
The prophecy arrived
That he’d remove you
Make you die
You made war upon Jupiter
And lost
You were slain
Thrown in the abyss
And your memories
Of ascendancy
Are gone

NEPTUNE

Neptun the Mystic by Gustav Holst

A planet blue
So far from here
Named for the God
Of the oceans
So clear
Azure crystal blue
So beautiful
So powerful
Poseidon’s home
With the name
of Neptune
Glorious
Mysterious
Unique for its beauty
Beyond all visions
Godlike in perfection
So cold and distant
So far away
Like heaven

HEAVEN'S FORGE

In the place
Where Heaven’s forge is kept
A single workman toils
Body of fire covered in sweat
He is relentless, working, working
Pounding steel from the forge
Shaping it and more
Giving it life giving it an edge
He is dedicated at the core
But unlike the others
Who live in Heaven’s embrace
He is not assured
Of his redemption
He is unsure of his status
For he isn’t like the others
Created for the purpose of serving
His blood is demonic
Though his heart is pure
The fire that consumes him
Is the desire to create
His passion is sincere
He is so committed to making
That he understands that
There is no truth outside
The creator’s hand
So he toils and labors
To acquire
His own redemption
In the sweat of the brow
Of the creator
Who built the forge
So that one of fire
Might earn
His salvation
