When Death Visits

Mothers bring life
Carry it in their womb
But until recent years
In modernity
Pregnancy could be a tomb
And who knows if the this child
Will now become the last
How many children were never born
Because the mothers were stopped
From giving life ever again
Dying in the process
No one to nurture us
Nothing remaining to lead us
The sorrow of loss
Driving the society to utter collapse
