a world made of plastic

bring out the eyes
enlarge the breasts
our tummies tucked
and fat sucked
with biceps enhanced
I want to be the best
with perfection pursued
so many millions
wasted upon ego
vanity an altar
Upon which we burn
plastic people and parts
skin replaced without scars
plastic instead of flesh
a foreign invader
behind the chest
every day spent
every breath meant
I demand perfect
if I have to destroy me
to achieve it
without regrets
