Nothing requires science to be moral
Nor is religion ever measurable in facts
Belief doesn't equate evidence
Morals don't have to be lawful
Given a choice doesn't mean one will act
We debate the cost of hubris or importance
In the end we allow our emotions
To determine who we believe is right
Covering one's self in religion
Or masking malice in science
Helps no one but the villain
And whoever controls the narrative
Within societal norms and values
