They terrorized every neighbor they had
The Danes were destined to the sea
Never thinking in terms of good or bad
The world was there for their reaping

The world met with fear when the Danes appeared

The black haired Danes brought fire to the villages
Drove their ships upon the Saxon shores
The survivors watched in horror as witnesses
