Try as you may

There is only dust and we are only clay
We can aspire to God but I can't see the way
The path is narrow and the way is hard
I am in so much pain, I've so many sorrows in my heart
So I beg of any who listen to give me some hope
For I am not able to make it on my own
Alone
Alone
Alone
