Life offers a program to survive
Work, doing anything
Making enough to eat
Then sleep, wake and start again
Until there is nothing left
But this thing called life
Love is required
But it isn't a promise
No one has a life already written
But to try to escape the narrative
Without being able to live or forgive
Fear, dreams, and fantasy
Lead everyone astray
Life is a state of being
The future is not guaranteed
The only thing promised is yesterday
And the beginning of today
