A Final Performance in Life's Colosseum

Reality set me free, and I saw every minute flaw
Walking upon the razor's edge, careful not to fall
One side of me, condemnation, other side's death
Sorrow and pain released from unclenched claws
I might die in an indifference balance of my flesh
Hovering above the curve of earth, this is my test
A world too beautiful to abandon, I hear applause
In a moment of pure joy, the curtain falls down
When I look out my whole audience is gone
